You may find a a lot of VPS Providers popping up these days and some of them even offering like 2 CPU Cores even with a 512 MB VPS that too very cheap, but always ask the following few basic questions before ordering:

Kind of Drives Used
Are they using RAID 10
Do they Provide Native IPv6 and is it a /64 if you don’t get a /64 then it’ useless as /64 per customer is the minimum standard for IPv6 because all RBL now block a /64 and not individual IPv6 IP so if another user from same /64 is an abuser even you will be blocked/banned so it’s best to get a separate /64
Is your provider offering unmetered data transfer ?
Are they offering DDOS protection ?

TCP Block by GFW in China – GFW在中国的TCP阻止

Until now Chinese GFW used to block whole IP but we have noticed that now GFW is even blocking certain TCP Ports for new IP ranges, so if you just get your VPS and find that you are unable to SSH to your VPS but you are able to ping your VPS IP then it means that GFW has blocked your SSH Port so all you need to do is just change your SSH Port in your VPS SSH Config file and restart SSHD, use any random port like 443 etc… and it should work, if you are not familiar with it just submit support ticket at https://my.hosteons.com we will do it for you. If you have any other queries then too submit a support ticket we will clarify them to you.

Four potential security issues have been identified in WHMCS 7.5 and earlier.
